Local and toll-free DID numbers

Inbound numbers in 30+ countries delivered into your SBC. Local DIDs for in-country presence, toll-free where regulators permit, paperless port-ins on supported regions, and channel pooling so you don't pay for idle capacity.

🌍

Local DIDs

Geographic numbers across the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, the Nordics, the US, Canada, and selected APAC + LATAM markets.

🆓

Toll-free

Toll-free / freephone in countries where the regulatory framework permits B2B issuance — UK 0800, US/CA 800-series, DE 0800, FR 0805, IT 800, ES 900.

Number porting

Paperless LNP in the UK, US, Canada, Netherlands, Germany, and a growing list. Document-based porting elsewhere. Typical lead time 3–10 business days, region-dependent.

Channel pooling — you pay for capacity, not per-DID lines

Traditional "channels per DID" pricing punishes hosted-PBX and contact-center patterns. Callivex pools inbound channels across all DIDs in your account, so a 200-DID hosted-PBX customer might only need 40 simultaneous channels.

  • Account-wide channel pool — DIDs share capacity
  • Per-DID channel caps available for fairness across tenants
  • Burst capacity on request (24-hour activation)
  • Inbound delivery to one or many SIP endpoints (round-robin or priority)
  • Per-DID failover targets (after-hours, overflow, full-busy)

Paperless LNP where supported, document porting elsewhere

Number portability is jurisdiction-specific. We track regulatory changes and run port projects with your account manager from LoA submission to FOC confirmation. No surprise downtime windows.

  • Paperless: UK (BT/Openreach), US (NPAC), Canada, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden
  • Document: Most EU markets, Australia, selected APAC
  • Bulk port discounts for 50+ numbers
  • Port-in is free; port-out (regulator-permitted) charged at administrative cost
  • Test extension provisioned before cut-over to verify routing

Address-of-use, regulatory KYC, lawful intercept

Many jurisdictions require an address of use, identity verification, or in-country registration before issuing local numbers. We handle the regulatory layer; you supply the end-user details.

  • UK Ofcom address-of-use compliance for geographic ranges
  • Bundesnetzagentur (DE), ARCEP (FR), AGCOM (IT) registrations
  • FCC regulatory delivery for US numbers (E911 where applicable)
  • Lawful intercept hooks where regulator-mandated, customer-transparent
  • End-user KYC retained per Privacy & GDPR policy
